Honeysuckle Rattle with 2 gourds & inlay

This Honeysuckle Rattle measures 12 inches from tip to base. I personally like the playing dynamic created by a bend in the handle (which is why I make some that way). This piece of Honeysuckle Vine had a large defect that I filled with blue-green Peruvian Chrysocolla stone inlay (which wraps around the handle). It is more inlay than I usually use though I like the end result! The 2 ‘eggshell’ gourds are filled with popcorn and topped with a tiny Cedar dowel. The sound is personal warm and comforting.
