Big Black Walnut Rattle with inlay

This Big Black Walnut Rattle has 2 gourds and unique stone inlay. It measures 15 inches and it feels solid and plays great. This Black Walnut came down on my land, in the north Georgia mountains, about 10 years ago. It has produced many beautiful handles. I have adorned this beautiful wood with stone inlay. The inlay includes two new favorites of mine: gold colored Mica and Peruvian Chrysocolla (with highlights of blue, green and brown).

The two different gourds are plain in color, filled with popcorn and topped with a tiny Cedar dowel. Their chorus of sound is deep, warm, full and outgoing.
